The Adams Store Front Box

This is a NEW store front box handcrafted by Keith Ballhagen, (Formerly Ballhagen Woodcraft). I have shown 3 views of this store front box. You will be getting only one store front box. It is a single story that has an Outside overall measurement of approx. 14 1/8 inches wide x 14 inches deep including the porch x 13 7/8 inches high. The approx. Inside measurements are 13 3/8 inches wide x 10 3/4 inches deep x 10 7/8 inches high. This building comes pre assembled as you see it ready for final sanding and painting. The large window is glass ( Glass size 6 1/4 inches by 6 3/4 inches), the door is Houseworks #6012 Crossbuck Door with acrylic pane. No interior trim is furnished. The wood is birch plywood and sugar pine trim. The cap molding across the front top and around the window are molded .
For easy entry and finishing the front slides up and out ( Veiw 2). The top (roof) also slides out so that the whole thing, top and front are open to be worked on.  The front (View 3) as you see is in two pieces for easy finishing. Note: the large window is GLASS and may be cleaned as such. When finishing, some sanding will be required. Also NOTE: It is not necessary to glue the whole front in place after finishing, as you may want to add something to your shop later, and will only have to lift up the front to do so. The building will be signed by me and dated on the bottom side.
NOTE: Because of the size of this building it will be an oversize package and will have to ship as 30 Pounds.
